Policies:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will
gladly refund your money or exchange any terminal (software
is non-returnable) within the conditions outlined below:
We will accept unconditional returns within 30 days of the
shipping date.
Terminal must be returned in original package. All parts,
manuals, and cords must be included.
Terminal must not be damaged, although defective equipment
is returnable.

Customers maintaining a an
account with LNC Merchant Services have the following warranty:
LNC Merchant Services will replace any faulty equipment
with valid manufactuers warranty free of charge for one year
from the date it is shipped. After one year has elapsed, customers
can order equipment from our replacement program. If a terminal
or other piece of equipment needs repair, a replacement of
the same model and manufacturer will be sent you, shipping
paid for by business owner. The replacement terminal or equipment
will be shipped to you pre-programmed with your merchant account
and will be ready to use.
Customers NOT maintaining
an account with LNC Merchant Services have the following warranty:
Any claim after 30 days is the responsibility of the terminal
manufacturer. The manufacturer's specific warranty guidelines
will be included with the terminal purchased. Terminal warranties
are provided by the manufacturers and may vary (see below).
Some manufacturers will warranty the terminal up to 5 years.
Keep in mind only the terminal portion of the unit carries
a 5-year warranty. The printer is not always covered for the
same duration.
